Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
   These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by
   PARQON – Irfan Bidzevic,
   Johann Holzerstraße 14/3b,
   3495 Rohrendorf near Krems.
2. Services Offered
   The services offered include
   parquet sanding, sealing,
   oil treatment, and joint repair.
3. Cost estimate
   Cost estimates are non-binding
   and subject to change. They are valid for 30 days
   from the date of issue.
4. 
   Prices All prices are net prices. As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian Value-Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged.
5. Payment
   Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date
   .
6. Requirements
   The Client shall ensure that:

• Make sure the furniture is moved out of the way before starting work
• The surface is dry
• There is enough power available

   Warranty In the event of defects, please immediately send a written report to at info@parqon.at.
   
2. Liability
   PARQON is not liable for damages
   resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
   .
3. Applicable Law
   Austrian law applies.
   The place of jurisdiction is Krems an der Donau.
